Schroeder Solutions is pleased to welcome Sara Plautz and Peter Cherchian to its team of Workplace Consultants.


Sara Plautz brings over five years of design and sales expertise to the Schroeder Solutions Account Management Team. Design knowledge and experience in the residential sector is always an asset to the sales process at Schroeder Solutions. This background will serve Plautz’s clients well as she guides them through the project process. Her business development instincts, drive and positive energy makes her an exciting addition to the Schroeder Solutions team.

Plautz grew up in the construction industry as her father has owned a high end custom cabinetry business based out of Wausau for 37 years. She returns home to visit her family and dog Reggie as much as possible. An average week for Plautz is full of work and working out; she is sort of a gym rat. She also enjoys many outdoor activities, such as hiking, boating, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, snowboarding, etc. In September of 2016 she went parasailing 1,020 feet above Lake Tahoe…even though she is afraid of heights. She believes in making the most out of every day!


Joining the team as a Senior Account Manager, Peter Cherchian is a sales and marketing management strategist with over 14 years of industry experience. His leadership skills and strategic thinking will add great value and depth to the Schroeder Solutions team. As a project manager, he has a responsive and detailed approach and a sincere desire for the success of his clients.

Outside of the office Cherchian enjoys spending time with his family, his wife Sarah (of 12 years) and three boys. When he is not with them, riding and racing anything on two wheels, golf, soccer, and chess keep his mind and body occupied. You may also find Cherchian playing some video games from time to time or tasting some of the many Wisconsin microbrews.

Schroeder Solutions is pleased to welcome AJ Fink, Kelly Cayo, CRP and Jamie Fink to its team of Workplace Consultants!


AJ Fink brings over 19 years of operations and sales experience to the Schroeder Solutions Account Management Team. He is excited about this new opportunity to combine his love for relationship building, problem solving and sales. Fink believes his good listening skills and detail oriented nature will bring a sense of urgency to client projects. He looks forward to expanding Schroeder Solutions success in target markets such as higher education and hospitality as well as supporting the continued growth of the logistics department.

When AJ isn’t making a fantastic sales pitch, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, and their five children or cheering on the Milwaukee Bucks! His favorite food is a loaded cheeseburger with as many toppings as you can possibly fit on it. Outside of work, he loves song writing, playing music with his kids and coaching soccer. AJ also is a Worship Leader at Northbrook Church in Richfield.kelly-cayo-2

Also joining the Account Management team, Kelly Cayo is a strategically focused leader with a successful background in sales, management and service operations. He is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) who has over 18 years of experience in the relocation industry. He is excited to be working with a company that is customer service focused and knows the importance of being a strong client advocate. With the comprehensive service offering at Schroeder Solutions, he looks forward to being a high level resource for his clients.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys fishing, golfing and cooking chili. He believes that almost anything, including his chili, tastes better with hot sauce on it. His favorite vacation spot is Chamberlin Narrows in Ontario, Canada; he says it has the best walleye fishing in the world. Kelly has two grown children and enjoys spending time binge watching Netflix shows with his wife.jamie-fink-2

As a new member of the Design Team, Jamie Fink brings an artistic approach to the design process. Her background in fashion merchandising and business and her over ten years of experience in residential design give her a unique perspective on creating vibrant work environments. Fink’s residential projects have been highlighted by HGTV and IKEA and publicized in sources such as Apartment Therapy. She is excited to use her creativity and eye for design to segue into the commercial industry.

When Jamie isn’t working hard at Schroeder Solutions, she’s spending time with her husband AJ and their full house of five kids, two cats and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, specifically to Europe, designing and cleaning her beautiful house in Brookfield. One of her favorite things to do outside of work is put her children to bed, have AJ make her a cocktail and unwind from the day by watching one of their favorite shows together.

Schroeder Solutions welcomes Angela Harris to its Account Management Team

Angela (1)Angela is an educated interior designer with over eight years of residential and commercial sales experience. Her sales and design skills combined with her coaching background make her a valuable addition to the team. Angela is committed to providing exceptional customer service and looks forward to developing long-term relationships with Schroeder Solutions’ clients, colleagues and vendor partners.

In addition to bringing new energy and excitement to the office, Angela enjoys an active life. She keeps busy with her husband, two-year old son and Chesapeake Bay Retriever Duke. She enjoys traveling, organizing, working out and indulging in Reality TV.

A little Angela trivia – She was part of University of Wisconsin – La Crosse gymnastics team. They were national champions during her time with the team from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, she was recognized with the Scholar Athlete Award for Gymnastics. Since 1999, she has shared her passion for gymnastics and competitive athletics as a coach at M&M Gymnastics.

Schroeder Solutions is pleased to add Tyler Smith as Vice President of Operations

Tyler Smith We are excited to have Tyler Smith on board as our new VP of Operations!

The process started when Tyler and his family made the decision to move up to Milwaukee from Wheaton, IL to be closer to family.  His job search led him to connect with our president, Scott Gierhahn.  After months of discussions and careful planning, it was clear Tyler was the right fit for Schroeder and vise-versa. He brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding on operational strategy and is ready to help move our company forward.

Smith is a well-rounded leader having served in management roles for the food service and logistics industry.  In his last position, he oversaw a staff of  44 employees plus, as well as the daily the operation of 400-1,000 home deliveries per day.

“We are looking forward to Tyler’s insight and expertise to enhance the operations of our company.  His primary focus will be on project management from initial quote to final billing” says Scott Gierhahn, President of Schroeder Solutions. “In addition, he will oversee the day to day activities and work flow of each department.  All project work and assignments will now run through Smith and our Controller in effort to streamline our processes and create efficiencies to  ultimately impact our clients in a positive manner.”
